ServoCam® technology improves labor productivity,
increases machine production rates,
and adds CNC-like versatility.

Would you be interested in a technology that enables much higher profits from your Brown & Sharpe operations? That increases worker satisfaction and improves customer satisfaction? A technology that comes at a capital cost so low that your cash flow will improve from the first quarter you use it? It's real, and it's available now!

The ServoCam® SC1000 combines the versatility of CNC controls with the speed and reliability of Brown & Sharpe screw machines. Patented technology precisely synchronizes the CNC turret-slide actuator to the existing camshaft. Most jobs run at least 20% to 50% faster than with custom cams. Programming is intuitive -- if you know what tools you need in the turret, you can design a part cycle. Machine setup is faster and easier. You have the flexibility to modify part cycles in minutes. And production costs are typically reduced by 40% or more.

The ServoCam® system - uniting screw machines with CNC technology
to create a new standard in productivity.

The ServoCam® system applies CNC controls to the critical turret-slide axis only. Patented control technology enables the turret slide to be slaved to the existing camshaft, so there is no need to replace any of the machine's mechanical logic. With a ServoCam® system installed, you get most of the benefits of a full CNC conversion, at a fraction of the cost.

The ServoCam® system is protected under U.S. Patent Number 5,808,893. Other U.S. and International patents are pending.
